We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
• The item must be free of damage, including scratches or signs of wear.
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available), or for a different item of equal value.

💸 Refunds
